Directions from Dublin Airport:
Take the M50 south from the airport, then take the M3/N3 west. Take the M3/N3 motorway on to Virginia and Cavan Town. There are 2 tolls on the road, at present the tolls are €1.50 each. On the outskirts of Cavan Town you will come to a large round-about. Take the Enniskillen exit staying on the N3. The N3 will bypass Belturbet Town, at Staghall round-about take the first exit N87 going towards Ballyconnell, Slieve Russell Hotel. Go straight through Ballyconnell to Bawnboy, Lake Avenue House B&B is signed from Bawnboy Village.
Directions from Bawnboy Village to Lake Avenue House B&B:
After the shop/petrol pumps in Bawnboy Village take a left. Follow that road approx. three-quarters of a mile the road will fork, keep left. Go approx. one mile watch out for signs on your left, St. Peters Church, Lake Avenue House B&B. Take that road to your right, we are the only house on the lane beside the Church
